Arrive a little early. Bring your thoughts on how Deborah affected your life, stories to enjoy about her, an open mind, and comfortable shoes.  We may be standing quite a while. Fire hazard and physical abilities permitting, we may walk into the Sycamore Canyon Nature Area, just north of the park.
 

Directions:  Go north from the 10 Freeway.  Get yourself on Mountain or Indian Hill north of Baseline (there is some construction on these streets, so follow the detours).  If approaching from Mountain, turn right on Sage, left on Mt. Carmel Dr.  If approaching from Indian Hill, turn left on Mt. Carmel Dr.  The park is in the middle of a very quiet upscale residential neighborhood.  Only the south end of it shows from the street.  Park your car and walk into the park.  We will have a sign that says "Deborah's Ceremony" on the tree closest to where we're assembled.  You can also hike into the park (about a mile from either direction) from the Thompson Creek Trail Entry at Mountain or Indian Hill.
